Over the last decade, coaching has been developing at an extraordinary pace and people from various professional backgrounds have joined the profession As a result, in an industry with few entry barriers, it is imperative to set standards of competence, professionalism and quality. This is achieved by the accreditations of the most important coaching organizations (IFC, EMCC), the reputation of coaching schools (eg PwC Coaching Academy) and ongoing supervision. At Coacherto, we take all of these elements into account and add our own. We support our coaches in improving their skills by recommending recognised supervisors with whom we cooperate. We inspire ongoing reflection by providing feedback after each session and creating a community that stimulates development. Coacherto is a place for coaches focused on excellence.
