Contrary to trainings that convey standardized content, coaching allows you to very precisely respond to the development needs of a specific person. In practice, the coaching process is a series of meetings during which the coach supports the client in achieving goals and making changes. Coaching is a method that allows you to effectively set and achieve meaningful goals, increase satisfaction with professional and private life, and become a more aware leader and manager.

How do you match coaches to coachee without meeting the coachee with several coaches (known as “chemical sessions”) before starting the process?

There are many factors that contribute to a good fit. Not all can be assessed in a single “chemistry session”. Therefore, our matching mechanism takes into account everything we know about the coach from the onboarding process and the feedback from the coachee after the completed processes. These are both soft information – personality, coaching style – as well as the scope and quality of business and coaching experience.

What is the minimum number of coaching participants in cooperation with Coacherto?

We run from one to several dozen coaching processes in one company. Sometimes working with a single leader has a significant impact on the organisation’s performance. We conduct each process with equal care.

How long does it take to implement a coaching program with Coacherto?

Organizing the program with the support of our technology takes only a few hours, but we usually need more to define goals and measures together with our clients. Depending on the size of the program and the availability of customer representatives, we recommend allocating 1-2 weeks to start the program.

Is my data protected?
