Confidentiality of coaching processes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The fear that the information provided to the coach will be returned to the employer is a frequent topic raised by employees before starting the coaching process. Therefore, we guarantee coaching participants that no information provided in the coaching process will be made available to their company unless it is agreed with them. All our coaches adhere to the ICF or EMCC Coaching Code and enter into a confidentiality agreement prior to each process. An additional guarantee is a fact that the coaches do not have direct contact with the employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Confidentiality of cooperation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The cooperation agreements we conclude always contain confidentiality clauses. Our clients can be sure that no information related to our cooperation will be disclosed without their official consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is coaching?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Coaching is a method of individually supporting employees in their development. Contrary to trainings that convey standardized content, coaching allows you to very precisely respond to the development needs of a specific person. Each leader faces different challenges – it can be increasing commitment, mental resilience, building relationships in a team, or time management. In coaching, we focus on what is most important in a given case. At Coacherto, we believe that the condition for the effectiveness of this work is the precise matching of the coach to the coachee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), coaching is to accompany the client<\/strong> in a creative process that provokes thought and inspires to maximize professional and personal potential<\/strong> . It is a method that allows you to effectively set and achieve important goals<\/strong> , increase satisfaction<\/strong> with professional and private life, and become a more conscious leader. Coaching uses the client’s potential<\/strong> . Identifies difficulties. Prepares you to overcome them. It often translates into motivation and greater determination<\/strong> in action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In practice, the coaching process is a series of meetings during which the coach supports the client in achieving goals and making changes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
