In times of uncertainty and constant change, every leader faces different challenges. Everyone needs an approach that is right for them. Our mission is to provide the best coach for every coachee. That is why we constantly verify the effectiveness of coaching programs and quantify the feedback to improve our matching mechanism. We believe that in this way we give each of our coachees the greatest possible value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coacherto supports, pro bono, non-governmental organisations.<\/a> We believe that our support will indirectly translate into a better world for all of us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coacherto’s offer is built on three pillars: coaching<\/a>, mentoring and consulting. These create a coherent support system for the organisations<\/a> we work with.
Our clients often expect a linking of coaching with elements of mentoring, because this approach translates into high effectiveness. In addition, we offer our clients permanent cooperation, in which we monitor the atmosphere in the team and the development needs of employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
